Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
• Follow housekeeping management guidelines and protocols for efficient and effective cleaning.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
