This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment during the overnight hours. The Overnight Associate will be responsible for performing various cleaning and sanitization tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in commercial and hospital settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services and a strong understanding of OSHA standards. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of designated areas, including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly according to OSHA guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in environmental services by adhering to established protocols for infection control. Conduct routine inspections of areas to identify cleaning needs or potential safety hazards. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
