The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential cleaning environments, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. This role involves ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests, contributing to an overall positive experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, hotels, and residential spaces. Sanitize surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques. Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean appearance throughout the facility. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
