Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs that can be steep. 2. Can meet in the morning in Calera/Alabaster area 3. $12.00 hr during first 2 weeks then pay will increase to $15.00 – $20.00 hr. Also looking for subcontractors to provide gutter cleaning on a percentage of job. (20-30 hrs a week to start then turning into full time quickly.) Principals only.
