Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform minor building maintenance and janitorial services. The ideal candidate will help ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained through a combination of light repair work and routine cleaning. Salary is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Janitorial Duties:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Wash windows and clean interior glass surfaces Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly Clean and wipe down equipment in the production shop

Maintenance Duties:

Perform light repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor plumbing fixes, tightening hardware) Assist with minor painting or touch-up work Maintain basic landscaping tasks (e.g., cutting grass, clearing debris, cleaning flower beds) Set up or move furniture and equipment as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in custodial or maintenance roles is a plus Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repair work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
