Cleaning and Maintenance Associate The Bachrach Group Tuscaloosa, AL Job Details Temporary | Full-time $17 – $18 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Janitorial experience English High school diploma or GED Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Project from July 21 to August 19th 8am-5pm, Mon- Fri, 40 hr week

• Assist in the turnover process in all units.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in a interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.

Examples of duties include:

• Picking up trash on the grounds
• Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
• Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
• Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
• Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation.

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary Pay:

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:
