Job Summary:
The Custodial Services Supervisor directs the daily activities of all custodial personnel assigned. Maximizes all tools and equipment available for staff in order to provide the highest level of services. Completes intricate projects, to accomplish cleaning tasks, various building demands, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning to meet department goals and standards.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of custodial experience to include one (1) year of supervisory or work lead experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:
Must have valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions. Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Skills and Knowledge:
Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide helpful and friendly assistance in a timely manner.
