The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable, contributing to a safe and pleasant atmosphere for clients and employees alike. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Execute residential painting projects as needed, ensuring quality finishes. Engage in commercial cleaning duties, ensuring all areas meet company standards. Carry out custodial responsibilities in facilities maintenance to uphold a clean environment. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in designated areas by regularly checking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Experience Previous experience in cleaning roles, including commercial cleaning or custodial work, is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and maintenance is a plus. Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance will be considered advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
