Job Responsibilities:
Performing routine cleaning around the building such as throwing away trash, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, washing windows, cleaning hard surfaces Report broken or leaking plumbing to management Report potential safety hazards to management Restocking of supplies in break areas and bathrooms Work with purchasing to order supplies Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress. Any and all duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills (Required): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with cleaning tools
Reports To:
Facilities Manager •
