Summary We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our Support Services team at Uncle Sam’s Contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining work orders for carpet cleaning, hard floor stripping and waxing, buffing, emergency services, window cleaning and more in various facilities. Schedule 4 PM

• 11 PM / Flexible Monday
• Friday and weekends as needed Compensation $19-20 a hour Location Springfield, MA Responsibilities Manage Work Orders Contact clients to schedule work Buffing of Floors Stripping and Waxing Window Cleaning Tile & Grout Cleaning Emergency Services Custodial Services
• Covering for Absent employees Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
