Objective:

The Overnight Housekeeper/Porter is responsible for nightly cleaning and sanitizing of all common area and Food Court floors, common area escalators, restrooms, and other areas as directed by the Management. The ideal candidate has experience with power washing and Tennant ride-on floor machines, is detail-oriented, flexible, respectful and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) : Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the facility. Assist in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety. Sweeping, dust mopping, cleaning floors, cleaning escalator glass, handrails, and steps, power washing restrooms. Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis. Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required. Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and Management. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the US. High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift push/pull at least 40 lbs. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate politely and effectively in English with Management and staff. Must follow Management assignments, directives, policies and procedures. Remain free from illegal drug use. Must consent to a background check. Equal opportunity employer.
