The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of a multi-sport climate-controlled sports facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial duties. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist in maintaining the inventory of essential supplies. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of commercial cleaning products and equipment is beneficial. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
