This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of outdoor areas across our properties. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable, and enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions. What would my responsibilities be? Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming. Remove litter, debris, and leaves from walkways, parking lots, and landscaped areas. Maintain clean and presentable exterior spaces such as entryways, courtyards, and patios. Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and pruning of flowers, shrubs, and trees. Monitor and report any landscape-related issues or hazards (e.g., broken sprinklers, fallen branches). Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored after use. Support seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling (if applicable), or holiday décor.
