As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be cross trained as both a receptionist and cleaner. To be successful in this role, a pleasant and professional personality is a must, as this is a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential. Reception Greet & welcome guests upon arrival Answer phone calls; book & confirm appts Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, fill all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Update calendar & schedules Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying Serving guests drinks (water, soda, wine, beer) Cleaning Laundry Dusting & deep cleaning Sweeping & mopping Bathrooms & trash Restocking supplies Skills Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Punctual & reliable
