Janitorial Worker Rapid Pro Wash LLC Gainesville, FL 32607 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts appropriately. Respond to emergency cleaning requests promptly to maintain safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Skills Strong background in custodial or commercial cleaning practices. Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and facility users.

Requirements:
