Full Job Description Overview:
We are a local (Brevard County) owned and operated Commercial Cleaning Business looking for experienced cleaners. We pay very competitively! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented independent contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay rates are based on experience and can increase as you grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Dust and wipe down surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. Empty trash and replace garbage bags. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
