We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and support a growing team in the north area. Clean Space is looking for hard working, experienced, optimistic and bilingual: English and Spanish (read, speak and write) Janitorial Supervisor. We are known for our High quality service , constant supervision and outstanding customer service, which all have allowed us to grow as a company year after year. Candidate will be responsible for conducing weekly site visits to inspect on cleaning crew and quality of work, candidate will also be required to maintain customer relationship thru answering questions and concerns , as well as professionally handling customer complains. Candidate will also be responsible for collecting payroll data, train and give constant support to new crews. Monitor inventory and request cleaning supplies as needed. Report maintenance issues or staffing needs to management
Candidate Must:
Be comfortable with driving ,will be driving to different locations everyday Have at least 2 to 3 years experience in commercial cleaning related field English and Spanish (Read, write and speak) Mandatory Be able to work under pressure Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Maintain a professional and presentable appearance Must have references readily available
