Hours:
25-30 hours per week ✅
Pay:
$20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of walkways, stairways, and common areas Keep the grill area, pool area, and two pool bathrooms tidy and guest-ready Remove trash from designated areas regularly Perform light maintenance tasks such as:
- Changing AC filters
- Replacing light bulbs
- Fixing simple plumbing items like toilet flappers
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Basic maintenance or handyman experience a plus Must be able to pass a background check Must hold a valid driver’s license
