We are seeking dedicated Aseptic Cleaners responsible for daily, weekly, and overnight sanitization of clean room manufacturing areas. This role is essential in maintaining the sterility of clean rooms by ensuring that cleaning procedures are performed according to established regulations and schedules.
Essential Functions of Aseptic Cleaner:
Maintain an aseptic environment in the cleanroom by following strict gowning, cleaning, and behavioral procedures aligned with CGMP practices. Record daily and weekly cleaning activities accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitization of clean rooms and equipment. Promptly and hygienically remove waste from production areas. Uphold general housekeeping standards in the work area and maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas. Oversee co-workers’ techniques in sterile practices, gowning, measurements, and documentation through the “done-by checked-by” process. Take regular inventory of clean room supplies (sterile gloves, masks, IPA, etc.) needed for operators. Ensure timely clock-in/out for each scheduled shift. Test cleaning chemicals accurately following SOPs. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and maintain CGMP compliance.

Qualifications of Asceptic Cleaner:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in an aseptic environment is preferred.
Desired Skills & Abilities:
Strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to learn and follow gowning procedures and wear sterile PPE, including a respirator, each day. Physically able to stand for 3+ hours while performing cleaning tasks. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to meet production and cleaning needs.
