Job Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Lot Porter is to perform and assist with the activity of vehicles on the lot and transport vehicles in a safe and timely manner, as directed. The person that fills this role must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following. Pull orders in accordance with applicable procedures Parking vehicles on the lot to look attractive to buyers Bringing vehicles to/from mechanic Ensuring there is enough gas in a vehicle for a test drive, loaner car, etc. Applying/validating stock numbers, as appropriate Preparing vehicles for delivery to customer Transfer cars between dealerships and/or service center Any other duty as may be assigned Physical Demands Constant walking, standing, driving and moving Ability to bend, reach, and lift/carry Interested individuals should apply in person, Monday – Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visit Gunther Volkswagen at 855 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062.
