Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Oxi Fresh provides all necessary equipment, cleaning products, and a company van for transportation. We also cover fuel and maintenance expenses, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services to customers. Drive the company van to service appointments across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Operate and maintain Oxi Fresh’s cleaning equipment. Educate customers on the benefits of our eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally. Upsell additional services and treatments to maximize customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and equipment. Follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs). Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Previous experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field is a plus, but not required (we provide training!).
