Reliable, dependable, and punctual — No babysitting needed Professionally presentable — You represent our company image Able to work independently without direct supervision Excellent at following detailed cleaning checklists Strong at time management — Know how to pace yourself on-site Committed to quality work and attention to detail Cleaning Job Responsibilities Office and facility cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) Restroom cleaning and disinfection Trash removal and liner replacement Surface dusting, wiping, and disinfection Floor care (basic buffing and scrubbing as needed) Window and glass partition cleaning Submission of checklists and photo proof after each shift Digital login for time tracking (mandatory) Requirements Reliable transportation (ability to travel to multiple client locations) Smartphone for logging time and submitting photos Must pass a background screening Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (but will train) Must be available for scheduled morning, afternoon, or evening shifts Must be able to work at different client sites across Broward County Excited to join a winning cleaning team?
