Job SummaryJobSummary:

Working as a Director, you will be responsible for theeffective leadership of Custodial Services which includes thesuccessful management of supervisors, finances, client relations,and customer satisfaction, program quality standards, performanceimprovement, and personnel performance and productivity. You willalso be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, directingand controlling of Custodial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financialdata Develops and recommends department operating budget Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervisesfunctions and activities of the department Establishes work standards and work flow Establishes and implements policies and procedures fordepartmental operations Demonstrates good communication skills with clients Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies Proactive in the achievement of the facility goals andobjectives

Preferred Qualifications:

Four year college degree or equal related experiencerequired Previous custodial management experience in an educationalfacility preferred Supervision of staff employees required Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data General business acumen Excellent interpersonal skills. Service/quality attitude Ability to plan, organize, and achieve effective timemanagement Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals andobjectives Public speaking skills a mustApply to SSC today!
