Job Description:
All Year Cooling is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Worker to join our Coral Springs team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces. Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred. General maintenance experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
