EXPERIENCED PRESSURE CLEANER
(BROWARD) 6601 Lyons Road compensation: Weekly pay employment type: job title: Pressure Cleaner Professional Pressure Washing and Commercial Maintenance Company seeks
EXPERIENCED
Pressure Cleaner to excel in this position, the candidate must:
HAVE A VALID DRIVER
`S LICENSE,
- Be comfortable and competent working up to four stories high on roofs.
- Have experience as a commercial pressure washer, and be able to provide references.
- Be skilled at pulling trailers behind trucks.
- Be able to repeatedly climb up to 3 flights of stairs.
- Be able to get to the Broward office to begin work daily by 7:45 am
- Have all documentation to legally work in the US as a W2 employee.
This position includes active participation in daily work such as pressure cleaning, garbage valet services, and various maintenance jobs related to the multi-family industry.
Pluses for this job include:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Knowledge of minor small engine repair
