Porter Division Job Description:

Profi Facilities Maintenance has an immediate opening for a passionate Floater who will partner with our porter management team and ensure our accounts long time success. The Floater role is to assist our Field Supervisors to cover shifts, account quality and communicate with our management team. Floaters will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to our customer needs and contracts. Our ideal candidate can identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. Ultimately, a successful Floater should collaborate with our sales team to achieve growth in our business.

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts

• Porter Division Quality Maintain Account cleanliness. Understand the property’s scope of work and needs. Point out Liabilities to AM and Field Supervisor
• (Potholes, Crooked stop signs, broken car stops) Floater Cover any needed shifts (In your respective regions) Handle Errands for Management team Inventory Management Schedule inventories drop off to respective accounts.

Requirements Proven work experience leading a team, Field Supervisor, Key account manager or other relevant experience. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizations. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to communicate proficiently via email
