What You’ll Be Doing:

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to generate interest in our facility cleaning services.
• Educate property managers, office admins, and business owners on the benefits of working with NV Extra Clean.
• Set appointments and close sales using a consultative approach tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct site walk-throughs to assess cleaning needs and prepare basic scopes of work.
• Maintain accurate notes and records using CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships for upselling opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Driven and confident with great communication skills.
• Comfortable visiting businesses and engaging decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups.
• B2B or door-to-door sales experience is a plus , but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in person in the South Florida area.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
