In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across all workspacesfrom restrooms to lobbiesensuring every area is clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Your attention to detail and proactive service will directly support a polished, professional environment for employees and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, conference rooms, and other assigned areas, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies
  • Provide white glove service to maintain a polished and professional environment across all common and shared spaces
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles daily and transport waste to designated disposal areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors, especially around entrances, walkways, and employee gathering areas
  • Complete routine cleaning and maintenance request tickets in a timely and thorough manner
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, restocking consumables, and completing minor repairs as needed
  • Assist in preventative maintenance efforts and promptly report any facility issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Facility Engineer Manager
  • Interact professionally with employees across all departments and respond to facility-related needs with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Follow all company safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management to support the facilitys overall cleanliness and functionalityRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience performing routine cleaning and light maintenance in professional or multi-use facilities (e.g., office buildings, commercial spaces, or similar environments
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance role
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
  • Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, and buffers
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Additional tasks assigned by managementPreferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, office, commercial building, or industrial facility
  • Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) and OSHA safety protocols
  • Strong customer service skills and experience interacting with employees in a professional setting
