Porter Auto Wax of South Florida Pompano Beach, FL 33064 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for all visitors. Duties Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises, including common areas, restrooms, and entryways. Assist guests with their needs, providing information and directions as required. Manage valet parking operations, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required. Support dealership operations by moving vehicles as needed and maintaining an organized lot. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a seamless experience. Perform routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Skills Proficient in manual transmission driving is preferred for vehicle movement. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions. Experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial. Basic understanding of retail math to assist with transactions if necessary. Excellent customer service orientation to ensure guest satisfaction. Previous experience in valet parking or dealership environments is advantageous.
