The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Duties Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including curbs, parking lot, dumpster stations. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash pick up, leaf blowing. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
