Job Description :
ProFi Facility Maintenance is a full-service commercial property service company. We have been servicing the South Florida Market for over 10 years. We are looking for a commercial exterior porter/ maintenance person for our Plaza . 1. Detail picking
- Our clients expect a detailed service, and we must make sure we are checking every bush and planter. We must pick inside of the bush as well as the surrounding areas. Trash always gets stuck inside of bushes and it is our job to make sure these bushes are properly picked 2. Rotating the trashcans
- Make sure no trashcans are overflowing and the trashcan liners are changed out daily. 3. Removing Palm Fronds
- We need to make sure that our properties are clear of any fallen Palm Fronds. Large Palm Fronds must be cut into pieces and disposed of into trash receptacle. 4. Clear Dumpster Pads
- Dumpster pads should be clear of any debris or any bulk trash (i.e
- Furniture, mattresses, etc.
) . The porter MUST let management know of any bulk trash around the dumpster.
TIP:
Waste Management companies do not take Dumpsters if there are large items blocking or in front of the dumpster. These should be checked daily. 5. Light Pressure Cleaning
- Pressure clean dumpster pads, walkway stains and spot pressure clean high traffic areas. (Does not include entire common area sidewalks) Profi will provide a small portable pressure cleaner with a gun; no hover. 6. High Dusting
- The over accumulation of dust, especially in high hard-to-reach places, is an often-overlooked health hazard. We must high dust the front canopy foyers as well as the tenant storefront signs and all windowsills. This must be scheduled on a routine basis. 7. Property Inspections
- Our porters are our eye and ears on a property and must constantly be aware of their surroundings. Things that must be reported immediately are broken car stops, crooked traffic signs, potholes, missing signs, graffiti, bulk trash, and any other potential liabilities. 8. Vacancy Inspections
- Weekly check the vacancy suites. Make sure the space is clean, the restrooms are inspected, no unneeded lights are on and area looks presentable. 9. Roof Inspections
- Weekly check the roofs and report any issues they seem ( Roof Inspections are supplied by Profi) 10. Potholes
- Cold patch and tamper any small and medium potholes. If it is a sinkhole or a very large pothole then it will need to be estimated. (Material will be charged to the client) 11. Car stops
- replace and remove any broken car stops. Material will be charged additional to client. (Repining is included as well) Does not include epoxy car stops 12 . Graffiti Removal 13. Spot Painting
- Spot paint certain necessary areas. 14. Signage
- Straighten signs throughout the property 15. Lighting
- Change common area lighting that is accessible with a latter.
Only change light bulbs and doesn’t include ballasts. If a lift is needed; ProFI will provide a quote to customer.
