The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and visitors. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by following established cleaning protocols. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Handle custodial responsibilities such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including buffing floors and minor repairs. Support residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques.
