We offer a concierge-style experience that exceeds client expectations, with a focus on open and transparent communication to cultivate lasting relationships. We are looking for a professional and experienced cleaning dynamo to join our team. As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will work to clean 6-8 units in multiple luxury apartment buildings daily. This approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in residential cleaning. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle. Recruit your own assistant. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday. Day shift, no weekends.
Compensation:
Average with tips- $70-$90 per one hour clean for 2 person team. Bonus opportunities, increased base rate on performance, and tips.
