The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively in both residential and commercial spaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently. Skills Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols for various surfaces. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to complete tasks on schedule. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving objects.
