Residential and Commercial Cleaner Globally Gifted Cleaning Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Carry out custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Maintain facilities by performing minor maintenance tasks as needed. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as required. Support porter duties by ensuring common areas are clean and organized. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance. Familiarity with residential painting is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment or materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
