Residential Home Cleaner CPB Groups Rotonda West, FL 33947

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Skills:

• Cook:

  Basic cooking skills for preparing meals or snacks if required.

• Launder:

  Knowledge of laundry procedures for washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens or clothing.

• Customer service: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Housekeeping management: Experience in managing housekeeping tasks and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
• Carpet cleaning: Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial spaces such as offices, hotels, or retail establishments.
• Floor care: Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, waxing, and buffing.

• Clean:

  Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Hotel:

  Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards and procedures.

Custodial:

Understanding of custodial duties including maintaining cleanliness in public spaces.
