Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance candidate to support our Facilities Department. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks,. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness. Cleaning of common areas, offices and bathrooms. Light Lawn and grounds maintenance. Carry out facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep of equipment. Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks for general facilities maintenance. Qualifications Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing. Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Pay based on experience.
