Full Job Description Pressure Washing Technician/Maintenance Summary/Objective:

Under general supervision, the Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the routine cleaning and maintenance of exterior surfaces at residential and commercial properties using pressure washing equipment. This includes driveways, sidewalks, siding, fences, roofs, patios, and other surfaces. The technician must ensure work areas are cleaned to standard, equipment is maintained, and safety practices are always followed. Teamwork, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.

Duties and Essential Functions:

Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and tools. Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, patios, driveways, fences, pool decks, and other surfaces as assigned. Safely mix and apply cleaning chemicals as needed. Set up and break down equipment and work areas efficiently. Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure job quality. Report any surface damage or safety hazards to supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow proper procedures for vehicle and equipment cleaning, loading, and unloading. Wear company-approved uniform and safety gear at all times. Communicate professionally with clients, residents, and team members. Follow all safety protocols, including slip/fall prevention and chemical handling. Move, lift, or carry objects and equipment up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, or operate equipment for extended periods. Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Outdoor work environment in varying weather conditions. Involves use of high-pressure equipment and cleaning chemicals. Exposure to water, noise, and slippery surfaces.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, lift, and carry pressure washing equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more. May be required to work in elevated positions or confined outdoor areas. Must be able to safely handle hoses and operate motorized equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on workload and weather. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Travel:

Local travel to jobsites.

Required Education and Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in pressure washing or similar exterior cleaning field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid FL Driver’s License with clean driving record. Ability to manage physical labor and outdoor conditions. Flexibility in work hours and availability.
