Maintaining common areas such as Vacuuming, Moping, Replenishing supplies like soap & paper towels, cleaning windows, Empty trash & Recyling bins, maintain pool deck and furniture, Dusting, painting and minor repairs such has replacing light bulbs, door handles & repairing minor leaks.
