8AM-4PM PRN -includes weekends as needed Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an
Environmental Services Technician:
Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization. Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents. Carpet Cleaning Tile/Grout Cleaning Window Washing Disposal of garbage Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred. Ability to speak and read English necessary to communicate with team and residents and complete online trainings. Able to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffer, carpet extractors, and commercial laundry equipment. Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
