Custodian Carc Advocates For Citizens With Di 512 SW Sisters Welcome Road, Lake City, FL 32025 SUMMARY Keeps office building, or similar building, in clean and orderly condition by performing the duties listed below.

Knowledge of Commercial/ Residential janitorial service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Empty and clean waste baskets, ashtrays, etc. Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains. Dust, clean, and/or spot wash doors, door frames, ledges, partitions, windows, windowsills, light fixtures, and walls. Dust and clean furniture (desks, files, chairs, equipment, counters, etc.) Sweep, mop, and or scrub non-carpet areas. Vacuum and/or shampoo carpet areas. Clean, disinfect, polish, and sanitize all rest rooms including urinals, toilets, sinks, mirrors, chrome fittings. Replenish and ensure adequate supplies to include, toilet paper, soap, towels, etc. Remove cobwebs. Leave on only designated lights. Keep designated doors locked. Ensure that safety comes first during work operations. Report to work on time and as scheduled. Begin work promptly at starting time. Promote compliance with Association rules and regulations. Work toward a consistent team approach with all Association staff. Other duties as assigned. Functions may vary per scope of work in contract with customer.
