Commercial Cleaner – Evening (Deerwood Park 2 locations) ServiceMaster Clean of Ancient City Jacksonville, FL Job Details Part-time $15 – $17 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Cleaning 1 year Entry level Full Job Description In search of a commercial cleaner to clean at 2 different locations in Deerwood Park location in Jacksonville in the evenings. 1st location in Deerwood Park – Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3 hours each of those nights. 2nd location in Deerwood Park – Monday and Thursday for about 1.5 -2 hours each night. Monday would have to be both locations. This will total on average 15-16 hours a week. Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
