CUSTODIAN
to maintain two private residences. This full-time position requires someone with high cleaning standards, excellent organization skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of both homes
- Care for household surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings
- Climb ladders to clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.
- Handle occasional heavy lifting
- Work around three friendly cocker spaniels in one residence
- Maintain a quiet, respectful presence while working
- Manage time and responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with other household staff as a team player
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a housekeeper in a private home setting
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional, discreet, and cheerful demeanor
- Physically capable of heavy-duty tasks and ladder work
