THE RIGHT 2 WORK CORPORATION CUSTODIAL SUPERVISOR

Overview:

A strong leader with previous managerial and supervisory skills to lead by example R2W employees while achieving and exceeding set goals. Works closely with the Operation Manager in all facets of operations to accomplish the scope of work requirements and exceed acceptable contract standards. A manager that is knowledgeable in employee rights that can recognize and take charge to minimize legality and whom can implement and enforce a safety plan to reduce injuries which will decrease over-all cost for that location.

List of Key Responsibilities:

Conducts Custodial and Floor Tech Operations Manager must be on site as required to ensure proper performance of contract-required tasks and documentation. Responsible for property control, security, quality control, inventory control and safety in addition to evening operations. Monitor and supervise all R2W employee; take timely corrective action including disciplinary matter when warranted. Responsible for all the administrative paperwork (i.e. timesheets, stocking reports, work schedules, daily/night reports, case count report, evaluations, employee write-ups, etc.) as outlined in the current contract and/or policy and procedures. As well as collection of medical and PSD eligibility documentations and forward to Corporate office. Responsible for reporting payroll and sending the weekly payroll spreadsheet to the Corporate Office. All employee hours worked will be recorded on a timecard via the installed time clock. Custodial Supervisor must report to the company’s Contract Administrator & Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager/and or President for all matters concerning operations via written reports and email/telephone calls to discuss pertinent issues. Exact reporting requirements will be addressed separately. Monitor, inspect and ensure company equipment are cleaned daily and maintained in as operable, like new condition, subject to normal wear and tear; ensuring they are safe and being properly operated. Updated Equipment Maintenance Schedule and forward to company’s Operations Manager/Assistant Operations Manager, or Corporate office. Accurate inventory of equipment must be kept at all times.
