Floor Tech Floor Tech Responsibilities:

Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors regularly Operate floor machines and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively Ensure all floor care areas are maintained according to facility standards Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times Assist with other housekeeping or janitorial duties as assigned

Floor Tech Qualifications:

Previous floor tech or housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred Knowledge of floor maintenance techniques and equipment Ability to lift heavy equipment and be on your feet for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Must be reliable and able to work independently or with a team
