Grounds / Janitor American Property Management Jacksonville, FL 32225 Seeking highly motivated Grounds / Janitor to join our maintenance team at our beautiful apartment community in the Regency area. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail. Base pay is based on skills, experience and leadership level. Great work environment and benefits!
Responsibilities Include:
Grounds maintenance (trash removal, pressure washing, etc.) All facets of apartment make-ready & some maintenance Completing service requests as needed Preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Prior grounds / janitorial experience Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience preferred Plumbing & electrical skills Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies Own tools & transportation Strong communication skills Fun work environment!
