We take pride in high-quality work, respectful client interaction, and restoring homes to their cleanest, safest form. Position Overview We are hiring a motivated, reliable Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning residential gutter systems using ladders, vacuums, and other equipment — all while representing the True North standard of service: clean, courteous, and consistent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, values independence, and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities Clean gutters and downspouts safely and efficiently Assess gutter conditions and notify supervisor of potential repairs Use hand tools, vacuums, or blower systems where appropriate Work on ladders (up to 2 stories) following strict safety protocols Interact respectfully with homeowners and uphold brand reputation Keep accurate records of work completed and job photos Maintain and clean equipment after use Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Physically capable of lifting 40+ lbs and working outdoors Able to work independently and follow service protocols Experience in gutter cleaning, roofing, or handyman services a plus — but not required (we will train the right person) Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18-$22/hour, depending on experience Weekly pay via direct deposit Opportunities for bonuses and performance incentives Potential to grow into full-time or leadership role Tools and training provided To Apply Text or call 570-489-4615 Or email: truenorthwashclub@gmail.com
