Key Responsibilities:
Perform pressure washing services for residential properties (driveways, siding, roofs, patios, etc.) Operate commercial pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently Drive to job sites using your own vehicle (must be able to tow a trailer) Interact professionally and courteously with customers Identify and recommend additional services to customers to earn commission Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction Manage your own schedule and job site responsibilities independently
Qualifications:
Must live in or near St. Johns County, FL Previous pressure washing experience required Must own a reliable vehicle capable of towing a trailer Strong work ethic and ability to work solo without supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Outgoing and friendly personality Must be dependable and punctual
