The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained. Clean carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment for effective carpet cleaning. Sanitate bathrooms and kitchens to ensure hygiene standards are met. Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings when required. Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as part of household support services. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is a plus but not required.
