The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Assist with commercial cleaning duties in various facilities, maintaining high cleanliness standards. Carry out custodial tasks to uphold cleanliness in public areas and restrooms. Serve as a porter when necessary, assisting with the movement of items within the facility. Engage in facilities maintenance activities, including minor repairs and upkeep of cleaning equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices is a plus.
